Intern - CFO - IT (AI Engineer)

$20 - $55 per hour

Responsibilities

Design and build proof-of-concept AI solution using Databricks, AWS, and Claude/GenAI tooling
Develop and document data pipelines, prompts, and evaluation notebooks following engineering standards
Perform data profiling, cleansing, and metadata enrichment for data products
Create evaluation artifacts including test datasets, metrics, and benchmark comparisons
Present final demo and deliver technical handoff documentation at internship conclusion

Requirements

Enrolled full-time in Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, JD, or PhD program at accredited U.S. university
Minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA at application and hire
Independent work authorization in United States (no sponsorship required)
Able to commit to full-time 10-12 week internship May-August
Willingness to work hybrid at Raleigh, North Carolina site
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills

Compensation: $20.00 - $55.00 hourly
