Machine Operator

Job Summary We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join a growing 2nd Shift Production Team in Medina, Ohio. This position is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment used to produce high-quality products in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining quality and efficiency standards. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred, but training is provided for motivated candidates. Shift Information 2nd Shift Monday–Friday Hours may vary based on production needs Overtime available as needed Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently Set up machines and make minor adjustments as needed Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Record production data and complete required paperwork Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all workplace safety procedures and policies Assist with material handling and packaging when needed Communicate equipment or production issues to supervisors Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs periodically Strong attention to detail and reliability Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to stand for extended periods Team-oriented with a positive attitude EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
