This role is critical to delivering an exceptional luxury experience while driving the boutique’s commercial success. The Luxury Store Manager serves as a key brand ambassador, ensuring operational excellence, leading high‑performing teams, and creating personalized client experiences that strengthen customer loyalty and elevate the brand’s market presence. Responsibilities Team Management Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring candidates align with the boutique’s standards, culture, and required competencies. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure the team is knowledgeable about products, store procedures, and customer service excellence. Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage while coordinating time‑off and vacation requests efficiently. Provide consistent leadership, guidance, and supervision to ensure team members meet performance expectations and align with business objectives. Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and setting clear development goals. Foster a positive, motivating work environment by recognizing achievements and supporting continuous professional growth. Proactively manage and resolve team conflicts, promoting open communication and a collaborative culture. Sales & Performance Management Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to drive sales growth and optimize team performance. Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients to expand the customer base and increase revenue opportunities. Customer Experience Deliver a highly personalized, luxury‑level customer experience tailored to individual client needs, ensuring each interaction feels exclusive and memorable. Ensure the team is well‑trained and knowledgeable to provide accurate, detailed product information and expert guidance. Maintain a visually impeccable store environment, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and an inviting atmosphere that enhances the customer journey. Train and coach staff to provide attentive, proactive, and solution‑oriented service, anticipating client needs and resolving inquiries efficiently. Operational Management Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, compliance with company policies, and overall store maintenance. Ensure the store environment remains safe, organized, and aligned with brand standards at all times. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury environment.
