Marketing & Proposal Coordinator We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to our team. This position is full-time and 100% on-site at our Fort Myers, Florida location. A hybrid work arrangement may be possible pending training and positive performance. Your Responsibilities as a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator Work alongside the Southwest Florida-based Marketing & Proposal team in pursuit of new work, with an emphasis on projects in south Florida Assist with the retrieval and tracking of requests for proposals/qualifications Support proposal plan preparation and production Assist with the writing, cataloging, and updating of project materials, such as project descriptions and team resumes Produce hard‑copy proposal documents, as needed, from the Fort Myers, Florida office Travel to client locations to deliver proposals, on occasion Support special events and tradeshows, on occasion Perform tasks to ensure the quality of marketing materials, such as proofreading, aesthetics, and compliance reviews Fulfill other marketing tasks as needed What we're looking for Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, business, English, journalism, or a related field Minimum of 2‑4 years of experience as a marketer, preferably in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint Proposal experience required Excellent prioritization and time‑management skills Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Excellent writing and copy‑editing capabilities Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles Highly motivated, willing to be part of the Apex team and enhance our marketing efforts Ability to work in‑person at the Fort Myers, Florida office Ability to travel between offices for related tasks on occasion Valid driver’s license, safe driving history, and reliable transportation Sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future Why you'll love working for us Company‑subsidized medical and dental Company‑paid life, short, and long‑term disability 401k match, tuition assistance, and more Cross‑training and the ability to work on a variety of projects Performance‑based bonuses or other incentives Working with the best and brightest in the industry 2,000+ employee national firm with 70+ locations across the U.S.
