Job Description The incumbent will join the Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) organization supporting biological therapeutics and vaccines. Within MSAT, the candidate will work in the Purification Group, which develops processes for isolation and purification of recombinant proteins, polysaccharides, bioconjugates, and other biologics. Execution of lab or pilot-scale purifications using column chromatography, Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), and/or Normal Flow Filtration (NFF), as needed. Preparation of equipment, solutions, consumable materials, etc. as needed to support experiment execution. Preparation of technical reports and presentations to communicate results to scientists and management, as required. Qualifications Able to execute experimental protocols, interpret data, and communicate results from experimental studies conducted at lab, pilot, or commercial scales. #J-18808-Ljbffr Artech Information System LLC
