Linux Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Linux Administrator to manage, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux servers and infrastructure. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix operating systems, shell scripting, networking, system monitoring, security, and server administration .
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux servers .
- Administer Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), CentOS, Ubuntu , or similar distributions.
- Monitor server performance, CPU, memory, disk utilization, and system health.
- Manage users, groups, permissions, and access controls.
- Configure and manage file systems, LVM, RAID, and storage .
- Install and manage software packages and system updates.
- Perform OS patching, upgrades, and security hardening.
- Troubleshoot system, application, network, and performance issues.
- Manage services, processes, jobs, and system resources.
- Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, SSH, FTP/SFTP, services.
- Monitor system logs and investigate errors.
- Develop and maintain Shell scripts for automation.
- Configure and manage scheduled tasks using cron and at .
- Perform backup and recovery activities.
- Support high-availability and disaster-recovery environments.
- Implement security controls and follow infrastructure security standards.
- Participate in incident, change, and problem management.
- Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
