In this vital role, you will manage purchase orders, maintain accurate vendor and product records, and prepare reportsall while working flexible hours in a dynamic environment. If you excel at data accuracy, possess strong Excel skills, and have prior experience in purchasing or inventory support, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years in data entry, purchasing support, inventory, or related administrative roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables)
• Exceptional attention to detail with numeric and alphanumeric data
• Clear communication skills for liaising with vendors, warehouse teams, and internal staff
• Experience with ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems

Nice to Have Skills:

• ERP or Kinetic System software experience
• Familiarity with invoice matching and order tracking
• Knowledge of legacy systems such as AS400

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Prior experience in purchasing, accounts payable, or inventory management
