Learn more about us at Overview This role supports Xerox’s contracted services by producing Premask, Stencil, Wetpen, Scribe ship sets, and high-accuracy plots according to production schedules and customer requests. The position requires strong attention to detail, time management, customer service, and the ability to follow SOP/SOW requirements while meeting service-level expectations. This is an onsite overnight shift position, working Friday to Monday from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM (10hrs shift schedule / 4 times a week). No prior experience is required, but candidates should be comfortable using basic Microsoft Office tools, navigating the internet, completing required Xerox/Boeing training, and managing multiple tasks in a production-focused environment. Why Join This Team Lead a team of Partner Managers supporting Xerox’s dealer and agent channel across the Western United States. Shape and execute regional channel strategies focused on profitable growth and market expansion. Build executive relationships and joint business plans with strategic dealer and agent organizations. Collaborate across sales, marketing, operations, technical, service, pricing, contracts, and enablement teams. Help strengthen Xerox’s channel position across technology, software, services, managed print, workflow, and industry-specific solutions. Duties, Roles and Responsibilities Provide delivery of contracted services at Boeing. Produce Premask, Stencil, Wetpen and Scribe ship sets per paint hanger schedule. Produce High Accuracy Plots per distributed requests. Deploy service solutions that meet agreed upon Standards of Performance (SOP) and Statements of Work (SOW). Provide requested data within the timeframes outlined in the contract. Provide requested data within the allowable error rates outlined in the contract.
