Job Description Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and organized Event Staff member to support the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of a variety of events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with others, and providing excellent service while ensuring every event runs smoothly. Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, preparation, and breakdown.
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner.
- Support event coordinators throughout event operations.
- Ensure event areas remain clean, organized, and presentable.
- Help transport, arrange, and organize event materials and equipment.
- Follow event schedules and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Assist with resolving minor event-related issues as they arise.
- Adhere to all company safety and workplace guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
