Retail Sales & Business Development Representative Marcamp Foods | ONBOARD Premium Tuna Marcamp Foods, an importer and marketer of premium tuna products under the ONBOARD brand, is looking for motivated Sales Representatives to help expand our retail presence throughout the St. Augustine, FL region This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic sales professional, college student, or recent graduate who is interested in food, retail, sales, and business development . The position involves a combination of prospecting, retailer outreach, in-store visits, relationship building, and regional travel. What You'll Do Identify and develop new retail accounts for ONBOARD products Contact independent grocery stores, specialty food retailers, and other potential customers Reach out to store owners, managers, and buyers by phone, email, and text Schedule and conduct retailer visits and product presentations Introduce retailers to the ONBOARD premium tuna product line Build and maintain relationships with retail customers Visit stores to monitor product placement, inventory, and merchandising Identify opportunities to expand distribution and sales Work with food distributors and support retail distribution opportunities Participate in product tastings, retailer events, and food industry activities Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, contacts, and sales opportunities Provide regular updates on customer activity, sales opportunities, and results Qualifications Strong interest in sales, food, grocery, retail, or consumer products Self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable approaching new customers Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to communicate professionally by email, phone, and text Comfortable traveling within an assigned territory Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of the grocery and food distribution industry is a plus Knowledge of shelf-stable tuna or seafood products is a plus Experience working with UNFI, KeHE, grocery retailers, or food distributors is a plus Spanish language skills are a plus Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is a self-starter and enjoys meeting people, developing relationships, and creating new business opportunities.
