Elevate your career as a Speech Language Pathologist in a dynamic K-12 educational setting, working full-time (35 hours weekly) to support student communication and learning. This contract position begins ASAP and runs through the end of the school year, serving a diverse caseload of approximately 71 students. If you hold your SLP-CCC or are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), your expertise is sought after to provide high-quality, on-site service.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license and California state certification (or ability to obtain before start)
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CF candidates welcomed and encouraged
• Experience providing speech, language, and communication services to students in a school setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, educators, and families
• Ability to organize a varied caseload and tailor therapy to K-12 student needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, voice, language, and fluency disorders through assessments and observations
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct speech-language interventions to K-12 students on-site
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Document evaluations, progress reports, and maintain up-to-date records per school and compliance standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to outcomes, and advocate for student communication needs
