Sell new and used automobiles. Approach and assist potential new customers in the showroom. Maintain customer lists and contact them regularly to gauge readiness for purchase. Provide financing details and arrange loan options. Determine trade‑in allowance for old vehicles. Negotiate final price of vehicles. Place regularly scheduled calls and account reviews. Consult and advise dealership management. Gain knowledge of dealership product and service portfolio. Perform administrative contract duties. Use MS Word, Excel, Outlook and other office equipment. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior auto dealership experience is a plus. Ability to work independently, communicate excellently and multitask. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions. Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills. Professional appearance required. Outgoing personality with a people‑person skill set.
