Desired Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license (Texas)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school-based environment preferred
• Understanding of IEPs, assessment procedures, and progress monitoring
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
• Deliver therapy services in group and one-on-one settings
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and services provided
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to reinforce strategies
• Stay current on best practices and participate in continuing education
