Indonesian Commodity Procurement Expert

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree, with over 5 years of procurement experience in the Indonesian pharmaceutical/beauty industry, and familiar with the entire category supply chain process.
2. Have practical experience in supplier development, negotiation, cost control, and compliance management.
3. Possess a rich local supplier network, and be able to quickly connect with high-quality resources. Be familiar with Indonesian pharmaceutical/beauty import policies, customs clearance procedures, and industry regulatory requirements.
4. Native Indonesian speaker, fluent in English (written and spoken), and able to use it as a working language. Be able to communicate with the Chinese team without obstacles and adapt to cross-time zone collaboration.
5. Proficient in using Excel and ERP systems (such as SAP) for procurement management, and be able to analyze category performance through sales data and market reports, and formulate optimization plans. Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain local Indonesian pharmaceutical supplier resources, establish long-term cooperative relationships, and ensure the stability of the supply chain.
2. Based on the local market demand and company strategy, formulate procurement plans for pharmaceuticals, beauty products, and other categories, and optimize the category structure.
3. Negotiate procurement prices and terms, control costs, and increase gross profit margins.
4. Be familiar with Indonesian pharmaceutical regulatory policies (such as BPOM certification, import license procedures), and ensure that the procurement process is legal and compliant.
5. Identify supply chain risks (such as supply disruptions, policy changes), and formulate emergency response plans.
6. Develop commodity procurement processes and quality management norms, and support the introduction of new products and promotional activities.
