Position Summary The Program Manager oversees security‑focused projects, ensuring the successful implementation of cybersecurity initiatives across a contract. You will govern multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with the Sovereign Standard. The Program Manager will manage high‑level client relationships and will be responsible for the P&L of the assigned program area. Job Responsibilities Govern the multiple workstreams and regulatory protocols that mandate how data must be protected across OSI Layers, ensuring alignment with the Sovereign Standard. Translate federal mandates into the technical roadmaps executed by the team. ProjectManagement: manage multiple cybersecurity projects, facilitating planning and prioritization to meet organizational goals. This includes both short‑term and long‑term projects that may involve significant business and technology changes. Collaboration: work with partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success, including coordinating with legal, procurement, and finance departments. ProgramDevelopment: support the development, implementation, and communication of cybersecurity activities and programs, leading program events, briefings, and meetings. RiskManagement: develop methods to monitor and measure risk, compliance, and assurance efforts, ensuring that all acquisitions and outsourcing efforts address information security requirements. Reporting: create project plans, status reports, and executive presentations to communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, IFSM or Cybersecurity Minimum 10 years of relevant experience PMP certification required and/or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred CGEIT SAFe Agile – Scrum Master Superb understanding of ITIL 4 Strategic Leader Familiarity with NIST 800‑171, CMMC 2.0, and FISMA Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail, to effectively support contract teams daily initiatives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to report findings and collaborate with team members and management.
