You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Offer and sell new products to customers based off needs-based conversation. Set appointments, market, and follow up with leads. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. NY Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
