Logistics Analyst

Logistics AnalystThe Logistics Analyst will conduct data analysis to improve our supply chain operations. You will partner with third party logistics firms that provide fulfillment services for products that drop ship directly from the manufacturer to Zoro's customers with the overall goal to help our supply chain run as smoothly and profitably as possible.Duties and Responsibilities:Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data especially around reverse logistics & warehousingAnalyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvementsCo-lead & support supply chain optimization initiativesDevelop requirements and standards around key business processesHelp foster trusting relationships with business partnersCollaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systemsTrack KPIs and report on our supply chain's performanceQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics preferred or equivalent experience2+ years experience in Logistics, Supply Chain ManagementBackground in data mining, analysis and reportingFamiliarity with supply chain processesWorking knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)Analytical mind with business acumenDemonstrated ability to embrace change, demonstrate agility in relation to changeZoro's total compensation plan includes our Zoro Incentive Plan (ZIP) that is designed to foster and reward our team members for strong performance.
