Production Control Senior Specialist

Job Purpose The NAPC Production Planner B is responsible for scheduling and planning production related to FRM, PT, Service or In‑house lines in order to meet the overall company Seihan Strategy. The Production Planner B will evaluate the overall plan and assess and create optimal production plans that support both I/H departments and supply chain departments. Production Planner B is responsible to set model rotations and assign new models accordingly. Production Planner B will engage with internal departments and external customers to confirm line setting meets the needs of the customer. Production Planner B will be responsible to train new Production Planner A members and support key questions from Production Planner A to provide direction. Production Planner B will backup Group Leads as needed. Planner B will be responsible to manage and lead key projects and themes within the unit and evaluate Planner A input into project support and themes.
