• 3+ years of ER Experience - [REQUIRED]
• Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction) - Required
• TNCC - preferred but not required

Certification Requirements

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)

State License Requirements

• Illinois
