Job Description:

Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. Candidates must have experience in high-volume emergency settings and be a team player, adaptable within the department.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in a 101-bed Level II trauma center with comprehensive stroke services.
• Administer treatments and medications as ordered by the physician.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members at all time.
• Ensure patient care protocols are followed within the ER setting.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a nurse, with at least 1 year in an ER setting.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 90 days of hire.
