Job Description

Job Summary:
Perform radiographic examinations according to established protocols, ensuring quality imaging and patient safety. Collaborate effectively with patients and healthcare teams to contribute to accurate diagnoses and seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Operate radiographic equipment to perform all required imaging procedures.
• Review patient information and exam orders to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain compliance with department policies, safety standards, and radiation protection guidelines.
• Communicate constructively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate care.
• Document procedures accurately within the hospital information system and PACS.
• Uphold principles of a Just Culture and organizational values in daily practice.

Qualifications:

• Possess or obtain within 90 days, strong computer skills necessary for online training and documentation.
• Hold current ARRT certification in radiologic technology.
• BLS certification is required.
• Have at least one year of radiology experience preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Maintain knowledge of infection control, confidentiality, and safety standards.
