Job Title: Leasing Agent
Full-Time | On-Site – Malden, Massachusetts
Schedule: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greet and assist prospective and current residents
Schedule and conduct apartment tours
Help process rental applications and leasing paperwork
Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries
Maintain leasing records and assist with move-ins and move-outs
Coordinate with management and maintenance teams
High school diploma or equivalent
Leasing experience is required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and office software
Yardi experience a plus!
Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
