Location: Englewood, CO

Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 + Benefits + Vehicle + 401(k) Match + Bonus + PTO

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of project management — budget, schedule, and resource planning — from start to finish
• Coordinate closely with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving and maintain quality standards
• Evaluate plans and specs to catch potential issues early and suggest improvements
• Oversee quality control and manage project staff to stay on schedule and within budget
• Handle contract review, change orders, and other key project documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Ground-up project experience in municipal, school, commercial, or related construction preferred
• Bachelor's degree helpful but not required
