The Global Warehouse Operations department is responsible for ensuring material availability and operational excellence across our warehouse network. Responsibilities
- Support and collaborate with Customs team to fulfill local requirement, both technical and documentation
- Ensure compliance with local customs regulations and Vestas's policies
- Support VAT refund applications and related documentation processes
- Support implementation and execution of Clover related activities
- Identify compliance risks and support corrective actions
- Support process improvements within customs and trade compliance activities
- Provide reporting and documentation support when required
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within Supply Chain, Customs, Logistics or International Trade
- Experience working with customs clearance and import/export documentation
- Knowledge of Chinese customs regulations and trade compliance requirements
- Experience with SAP
- Extensive experience with MS Office
- Good coordination skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
