The Shift Manager works closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations, lead the team, and help create a positive experience for both guests and employees.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Help oversee daily operations and ensure each shift runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead, train, and support employees while maintaining service and hospitality standards.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching as needed.
- Address guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
- Assist with opening, closing, cash handling, and shift transitions.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and company standards throughout the restaurant.
