Radiation Therapist

We are seeking a Radiation Therapist to join a growing oncology team in western Montana. In this role, you will administer radiation treatments as prescribed by physicians while ensuring safe, accurate, and compassionate patient care. Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments according to physician orders and treatment plans
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout treatment procedures
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
• Collaborate with physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, and oncology staff to ensure effective treatment delivery
• Operate and work within radiation oncology systems and equipment
• Follow radiation safety protocols and maintain compliance with applicable regulations
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Assist with additional departmental responsibilities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or equivalent
• Active Radiation Therapy Certification in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Aria software
• Experience with Eclipse Treatment Planning systems
• Experience with Phillips CT systems
• Previous radiation oncology experience preferred
