Financial Services Specialist

Job Summary We are currently accepting applications for PT Plus Financial Services Specialist (Teller) at the Columbia branch. The FSS will be an active member of the branch team with a focus on assisting customers with all service transactions. A strong focus will be placed on developing new relationships and deepening existing customer relationships through cross selling products and services, running a cash drawer, referring complex requests to the appropriate banker and proactive customer outreach. Responsibilities The qualified candidate will perform the following duties: Assist customers with all service transactions. Develop new relationships and deepen existing customer relationships through cross selling. Run a cash drawer. Refer complex requests to appropriate banker. Conduct proactive customer outreach. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Experience in customer service or retail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong attention to detail.
