Afterschool Thrive Lead - Community Impact & Team Leadership
Central Lincoln County YMCA
A community-focused nonprofit organization seeks a dedicated professional to support the YMCA’s mission of strengthening community through healthy living and youth development. Responsibilities include collaborating with program directors, managing staff and volunteers, and overseeing the Thrive program operations. Candidates should have 5-7 years of related experience, including CPR and First Aid certification, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
