This role will grow into full office management responsibilities over time./ppAssist with accounts receivable, collections, and invoicing/ppSupport job file management and ensure documentation is complete and accurate/ppCommunicate with customers regarding billing, scheduling, and general inquiries/ppHelp maintain organized office systems and workflows/ppAssist in using QuickBooks and internal systems for tracking and reporting/ppSupport the owner in improving office efficiency and processes/ppLearn and follow company procedures for accounting and job documentation/ppThis role is designed to develop into an Office Manager position based on performance, ownership, and demonstrated ability to manage office operations independently./ppSupport customer communication and help resolve issues in a professional and timely manner/ppAssist with job documentation, scheduling coordination, and maintaining organized records/ppHelp manage invoices, collections, and basic accounting tasks/ppMaintain accurate employee and job-related documentation/ppSupport onboarding tasks such as new hire paperwork and basic orientation coordination/ppAssist in maintaining office procedures and improving organization and workflow/ppFollow and support company safety and compliance standards/ppWork closely with the owner to improve office operations and efficiency/ppStrong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment/ppComfortable communicating with customers and team members professionally/ppAbility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities/ppWillingness to learn new systems, processes, and industry-specific requirements/ppBasic experience or familiarity with accounting, billing, or administrative work preferred/ppAbility to stay calm under pressure and solve problems proactively/ppDependable, coachable, and motivated to grow into a larger role/ppCompensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour/p/div
