Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and current Indiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain one before the start date
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong clinical fellows will be considered
• Experience with both individual and group therapy for K-12 populations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide targeted, evidence-based interventions
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and families to address student needs and provide strategies for success in the classroom
• Support diverse student populations, including those with mild to moderate disabilities
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field
