We're looking for an experienced Cook who takes pride in preparing quality meals and enjoys being part of a supportive, team-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Prepare fresh, flavorful meals according to menus, recipes, and resident dietary needs.
- Ensure meals are prepared and served safely, consistently, and on time.
- Learn residents' preferences and help make dining an enjoyable part of their day.
- Assist with special meals, celebrations, and community events.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and in compliance with food safety standards.
- Work closely with the dining team to keep meal service running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of hands-on cooking or culinary experience required.
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to assist with cleanup and other kitchen responsibilities as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- A genuine desire to provide great food and service to seniors.
