The Opportunity

We're looking for a Business Development & Catering Sales Manager who is motivated by relationships, results, and the opportunity to grow a business.

You'll take ownership of growing Chick-fil-A Davenport's catering business by developing new relationships throughout the community, converting opportunities into customers, and continuing to grow those accounts through exceptional service.

This opportunity offers something many traditional sales roles don't: the stability of strong base earnings and paid, structured training while you build your pipeline—plus uncapped commission tied directly to the new business you generate.

After completing your initial training period, you'll earn 10% commission on the first 5 catering sales from every new client you develop. There is no cap on the number of new accounts you can develop or the commission you can earn.

Your Impact

• Develop new catering business through proactive outreach to local businesses, schools, churches, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and community partners
  
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients from initial outreach through conversion
  
• Create new earning opportunities by developing new catering accounts
  
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat catering business
  
• Manage inbound catering opportunities and provide consistent follow-up to convert inquiries into sales
  
• Develop and execute a structured prospecting and follow-up system
  
• Identify opportunities to increase order frequency and grow existing accounts
  
• Partner with Restaurant Leadership and Marketing to execute local growth strategies
  
• Track key performance metrics including new accounts, catering sales, conversion rates, and repeat business
  
• Support catering execution and restaurant operations to ensure the experience you sell is delivered at a high level
  
• Represent Chick-fil-A Davenport professionally throughout the local community

Background Profile

• 2+ years of sales, hospitality, business development, customer service, or relationship management experience
  
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience with the ability to build high-performing teams and systems
  
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline and follow through on multiple priorities
  
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  
• Ability to build trust and relationships in a service-driven environment
  
• Comfortable working in a performance-based role with clear goals and expectations
  
• Experience in food service, hospitality, outside sales, community-based sales, or account management is a plus
  
• Willingness to work in both outside catering sales and inside restaurant operations
