Overview

T h e Merchandising Director le a d s all me r c h a nd is i n g a n d s t o ck i n g ac t ivi t ies within a designated area .

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the overall staffing strategies and development, motivation, and retention of staff
• Analyze business results to develop and implement market strategies for merchandising to drive sales
• Establish the expected merchandising standards and ensuring that standards and accuracy control are met in the market
• Lead the b ud g e t i n g, f o r ecas t i n g, a n d f i n a n c ial c o nt r o l p r o c esses for all Merchandising functions
• P e r f o rm o t h er j o b - r el a t e d d ut i es as assig n ed

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• years of retail management, beverage industry or similar field
• Three or more years of experience in a manager or supervisor role, leading a team
• Must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid drivers’ license and the ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance by State laws
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Demands

• Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine
• Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping

• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
