We specialize in high-quality residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, decks, and custom renovations throughout Dutchess, Putnam, and Westchester counties. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can work independently or as part of a team while maintaining a professional attitude on every job site. Responsibilities Perform all phases of residential remodeling and construction Frame walls, floors, roofs, and additions Install doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and finish carpentry Install drywall, flooring, tile, and other finish materials Read blueprints and follow project specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Identify and solve construction issues in the field Ensure work meets company quality standards and local building codes Qualifications 5+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience preferred Experience with framing, finish carpentry, drywall, tile, and general remodeling Ability to read construction drawings and measurements accurately Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, year-round employment Opportunities for advancement Performance-based raises and bonuses Variety of high-end residential projects Supportive team environment If you're looking for a long-term career with a company that values craftsmanship, integrity, and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.
