Degree Heating & Cooling is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Glastonbury, CT. This is a full-time position servicing residential customers in a market with strong demand. If you're a licensed tech who enjoys solving problems, helping customers, and earning great money for your skillset, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Run service calls and troubleshoot heating and cooling issues
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and recommend solutions
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and job site
• Participate in paid training, meetings, and team events

What We're Looking For

• Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S10, S2, or S1)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Residential service experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required
• Organized, reliable, and team-oriented

Compensation:
The compensation range for this role starts at $40+ per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications. Additional bonuses, overtime, and incentives may apply based on company policies.
