Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver sandwiches, beverages, and treats following Dunkin' brand standards
Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any guest issues promptly
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines

Team Environment

Work respectfully and collaboratively with team members
Respond positively to coaching and feedback
Communicate clearly and effectively with the team
Learn and perform multiple tasks with enthusiasm

Skills and Qualifications

Fluent in English with basic computer skills
Ability to count money and make change accurately
Capable of operating restaurant equipment (age requirements may apply)
Weekend availability and willingness to work early mornings (6am-12 Noon)
