Service Manager

Whitecap Search is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing HVAC service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating efficient service delivery. This role is crucial in maintaining strong customer relationships and optimizing service performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HVAC service scheduling and dispatching.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests and scheduling.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate technician schedules, priorities, and emergency service calls.
• Monitor open service calls and ensure timely completion and follow-up.
• Communicate service updates, delays, and scheduling changes to customers.
• Handle customer concerns and service escalations professionally.
• Work closely with technicians, dispatch, and operations to resolve service issues.
• Monitor technician utilization, response times, and overall service performance.

Requirements

• 5 years of HVAC service, dispatching, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with scheduling and dispatching preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
