Affidavit Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Process affidavit submissions and supporting documentation in accordance with client requirements and established timelines.
• Manage multiple client email queues and ensure requests are completed accurately and within service-level expectations.
• Respond to urgent requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Review, validate, and update legal documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding affidavit processing, approvals, and corrections.
• Escalate procedural issues, exceptions, or client concerns to management as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and document account activity within internal systems.
• Verify information across spreadsheets, databases, and legal documentation to ensure data integrity.
• Track approvals, rejections, and required follow-up actions while ensuring all documentation is properly recorded.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, legal support, operations focused environment
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organization skills and exceptional attention to detail
