HVAC Install Helper

Location: Edgecomb, ME
Pay: $22/hour

We're looking for a motivated HVAC Install Helper to assist our experienced installation team. No extensive experience is required—just a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Assist with residential HVAC installations
• Help install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment
• Safely use hand and power tools on the job
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Learn installation techniques from experienced technicians
• Deliver outstanding customer service in customers' homes

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools, including drills, impact drivers, circular saws, and multi-tools
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to build a career in the skilled trades
