Fairlane Gardens Nursing & Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our care team in Reading, PA. This flexible, as-needed position is perfect for a skilled PTA who enjoys delivering high-quality therapy services in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Assist in evaluating residents and contribute to developing individualized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions that improve strength, mobility, and function.

• Document services provided and collaborate with the care team to ensure resident progress.

What You'll Bring:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Current PTA licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
