About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients across multiple care locations
• Float between two facilities in the Bowie/Mitchellville, MD area as needed
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits
• Implement and progress therapy interventions in alignment with patient goals and clinical standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maryland
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability and willingness to travel between multiple facility locations

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Experience working in a multi-site or float therapy role
• Strong communication and adaptability skills in a fast-paced care environment

• Stable, permanent placement with a consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule and no weekend rotation
