Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the Emergency Room environment.
• Ensure quality care is provided efficiently and safely, consistent with unit standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate performance consistent with unit and organizational goals.
• Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean working environment, especially during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), and TNCC or ATCN certifications required.
• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
• Excellent communication skills appropriate to the developmental age of patient.
• Ability to handle emergency situations with physical demands of the role.
• Experience with infection control practices and standard precautions.
