Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience delivering OT services in school environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEPs, goal setting, and evidence-based interventions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Flexibility to support a diverse student population across grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students referred for OT services and participate in eligibility determinations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address academic and functional needs
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy sessions, focusing on fine motor development, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all services, progress, and communication
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing input on accommodations and modifications
• Offer training and support to school staff on related OT strategies and best practices
• Adapt interventions and goals as needed throughout the academic year
