Electronic Repair Technician

Our client, a leading aerospace and advanced electronics manufacturing company, is seeking an Electronic Repair Technician to join their team. As an Electronic Repair Technician, you will be part of the Repair Operations Department supporting the Production and Quality Teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.


Job Title: Electronic Repair Technician (6-month contract)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Pay Range: $18.50/hour


What's the Job?

• Perform end-to-end repair of handheld electronic devices and components
• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot small electronic/mechanical parts
• Identify defective components and replace parts as needed
• Use precision tools (tweezers, small hand tools) to handle micro-components
• Follow technical instructions and maintain quality standards

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-1.5 years of small electronic assembly or repair experience
• Experience with handheld device repair or similar
• Comfortable working with very small parts and precision tools
• Basic computer and technical troubleshooting knowledge
