DESCRIPTION

Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Community is seeking a faith-filled, visionary Preschool Director to lead and grow our early childhood education program. The Preschool Director is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and Catholic identity of the preschool program. This role ensures compliance with licensing requirements, supports faculty excellence, partners with families, and integrates Catholic values into every aspect of the program. This is a part-time, 20 hour/week, 12-month position with a start date of July 1, 2026.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will:

• Demonstrate knowledge of MN DHS Child Care Licensing Regulations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Effective leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Able to pass a required background check and complete required initial training.
• This position requires that the employee to be Catholic.

The pay range for this position is $25,000-$30,000 based on experience and qualifications. This position offers 403b retirement, and paid time off benefits as chosen by employee.
