Job Summary and Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Associate Degree from an accredited OTA program is required
• Licensed in the state of Texas as a (COTA) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Experience in a rehab setting required, acute experience a plus
• Must be able to pickup 2 shifts per month minimum
