Hard-working and motivated, the successful candidate will bring a passion for providing the best patient care to the communities they serve.About This OfficeAbout Associated Dental Care Providers-Sun City:We take pride in our professional and family atmosphereOur office is located off of North Del Webb Boulevard, near the dog park, Church of the Nazarene, and the flower/gift shopWe offer a wide range of procedures, which creates a lot of variety in our dayOur practice is equipped with modern technology such as digital x-rays and charts and the iTero scannerWe offer work-life balance, growth and learning opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits packageEveryone who works at our office is a valuable part of our teamWhat our team is looking for:4+ years of experience assisting chairside in a general dentistry settingDentrix or other dental software experienceAn Arizona Radiation Health & Safety (RHS) certificate is required for this positionOrganized, great communication, team player, calm under pressureWorking knowledge of dental procedures and terminologyExperience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environmentIf required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certificationExcellent communication and organizational skillsThe position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards.Qualifications:Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environmentIf required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification Excellent communication and organizational skillsCompletion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employmentPreferred ExperienceDentrix or other dental software experienceDental assisting school certification
