JobDescription

WeareseekinganexperiencedHeadofSalestooverseeandleadourSalesDevelopmentRepresentatives(SDRs)acrossallWeBoxhubs.Thisroleisresponsiblefordrivingoutboundperformance,standardizingsalesdevelopmentprocesses,andensuringfast,consistentexecutionacrosslocations.

Theidealcandidateisahands-onalesleaderwhobelievesingettingthejobdonerightaway,operateswitharesults-drivenmindset,andleadswithtransparency.Youhavestrongpeople-managementskillsandexperiencescalingSDRteamsinamulti-hubormulti-regionenvironment,whileeffectivelyleveragingdecision-making,control,influence,andteamworktodrivemeasurableoutcomes.

Developandstandardizeoutboundprocesses,scripts,andbestpracticesacrosshubs

PartnercloselywithSales,CustomerSuccess,Operationstoalignonleadstrategyandmessaging

Conductregularperformancereviews,coachingsessions,andtraining

Hire,onboard,andrampnewSDRsastheteamscales

MonitorpipelinequalityandensuresmoothhandofffromSDRstoCustomerSuccess

Usedataandreportingtoidentifyperformancegapsanddrivecontinuousimprovement

Traveloccasionallybetweenhubstosupportteamalignmentandexecution
