We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team Monday -Friday 8:45am- 5:15pm. The MA will perform routine administrative and clinical tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Records medical history
• Records vital signs such as blood pressure and weight
• Help provider with patient exams
• Give injections
• Prepare, collect, and track specimens. Call labs for any issues that occur.
• Maintain exam and procedure rooms
• Sterilize instruments
• Put stock away
• Fax and scan documents
• Perform other duties that are assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Certification/ Registered Medical Assistant (required)
• 1-2 years medical office experience (required)

• Communicates efficiently with physicians, staff member and patients
• Punctual and reliable-reports to work, is at eh assigned station and ready to work at their starting time
• Maintains a well-groomed and appropriate appearance

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
