Village Super Market is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support store leadership across multiple locations by providing strategic HR guidance, driving associate engagement, ensuring compliance, and developing talent. About the Role: The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to store leadership, supporting multiple locations with strategic and day-to-day human resources initiatives. This role partners closely with Store Managers, Area Leaders, and support teams to strengthen associate engagement, ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, develop talent, and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture. What You’ll Do: Partner with store leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and support business objectives Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness Lead employee relations investigations and provide recommendations that align with company policies and employment laws Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding efforts for leadership positions Drive associate engagement, retention, succession planning, and career development initiatives Conduct Store Walks for HR Talent Planning Engagement Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices Deliver training and coaching on HR programs, leadership development, performance management, and workplace compliance Build strong partnerships across operations, leadership, and support teams to improve organizational performance and associate experience What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of Human Resources Generalist or HR Business Partner experience Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR best practices Experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving complex employee relations matters Ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders at all levels of the organization Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-location environment SHRM certification is a plus Bilingual (English and Spanish is a plus) Ability to travel regularly between assigned locations (approximately 50-75%) Why Join Village Super Market?
